Delray Beach is located in beautiful South Florida. Excellent hospitals and universities are both within a few miles. Florida has no state income taxes, and property taxes are about one-third of the cost of metro New York and New Jersey. Our community offers an abundance of housing options, including 55+ communities with condominiums at very reasonable prices. The many developments include theaters, swimming pools, tennis, golf courses and in-residence washers and dryers. There are also many 3-4 bedroom townhouses. The Delray community also boasts beautiful gated communities.
